The Layout
On the ground floor of this stately building, you enter the apartment through the lobby.
The entryway leads you into a practical, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people and a counter/bar.
Three steps lead you into the living room, where, in addition to a comfortable two-seater sofa, you’ll find two comfortable armchairs (which can be converted into two single beds if needed). Wi-Fi and digital TV are available.
In the sleeping area, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and plenty of roomy drawers for storing all your belongings.
The bathroom is accessed through a hallway that doubles as a closet.

Guest Access
The apartment is very easy to access since it’s on the ground floor. There are only two steps before the front door and two steps from the living area to the kitchen.

Other things to keep in mind
The apartment is about a 10-minute drive (by taxi) from Bologna Centrale train station, or about a 15-minute bus ride on line 11 or line 32 (get off at Porta Santo Stefano); it takes at least 30 minutes to walk from the central station.
From Guglielmo Marconi Airport, it takes about 25 minutes by car (taxi); or take the “Marconi Express Monorail,” which will take you to Bologna Centrale train station in just 8 minutes, and from there, take bus line 11 or line 32.
Important Information for Those Traveling by Car:
The apartment is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), where access for motor vehicles is regulated by active cameras (Sirio System).
If you’re arriving by car: You cannot access the street directly without authorization. We recommend parking at the Baraccano Parking Lot (just a 300-meter walk away) or the Piazza VIII Agosto Parking Lot, and then continuing on foot or by public transportation.
If you need to enter your license plate number to gain temporary access, you’ll need to use a private garage in the area that has an agreement with us; they will provide you with the necessary permit.

Although there isn’t a concentration of bars and restaurants directly across the street, the area is central and lively, making it the ideal compromise for those who want maximum convenience without being in the thick of the noisy nightlife."
On nearby Via Remorsella No. 11/E, just a 3-minute walk from the accommodation, there is a self-service laundromat with washing machines and dryers.
