The Space
On the ground floor of the stately building, you enter the apartment by crossing the foyer and walking along the inner courtyard.
The entryway, where you’ll find a convenient closet, leads to the living area, whose window overlooks the greenery of the courtyard. The living room features two comfortable armchairs, a sofa bed (which can be converted into two single beds if needed), and the dining area. Wi-Fi and digital TV are available.
Three steps lead up to the fully equipped kitchen.
In the sleeping area, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, ample closet space, and a bathroom with a shower stall.

The apartment is very easy to access since it’s on the ground floor. There is only one step before the front door and three steps from the living area to the kitchen.

The apartment is a 14-minute drive (by taxi) from Bologna Centrale train station or a 23-minute bus ride on line 30.
From Guglielmo Marconi Airport, it takes 24 minutes by car (taxi); or take the “Monorotaia Marconi Express,” which will take you to Bologna Centrale train station in just 8 minutes, and from there, take bus line 30.
The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, since we’re right in the heart of downtown. Although there isn’t a concentration of bars and restaurants right outside the door, the area is central and lively, so you may occasionally hear people passing by or the typical sounds of an urban environment. It’s the ideal compromise for those who want maximum comfort without being in the thick of noisy nightlife."
